Customer Profitability is an indicator of how much profit your business is generating from individual customers over a specific period.
This chart shows the most or worse profitable customers over a selected period (previous month, previous quarter, previous half year or previous year).

The calculation of cost:
- Total of spent hours multiplied by the cost rate of the employee.
- The total amount of booked purchase invoices/expenses on the project.

The calculation of profit:
- In case of invoicing type ‘Time and material’: Total of spent hours multiplied by the calculated sale rate of the activity.
- In case of invoicing type ‘Fixed price’: The provision and costs are calculated by the valuation of work which can be manually inserted.

The calculation of the profitability is based on spent hours and revenue over the selected period.

The order of the listed customers is based on the absolute profit (in money).
