The back office is where the administration, financials and settings are managed. Enter it via the main menu (see screenshot); it will open in a new tab or your browser. Not all users of VOGSY have access to the back office: it depends on the role that is appointed to an employee under ‘Employees’ in the back office.

This topic covers the following back office items, since they are relevant for configuring VOGSY to suit your company. It is advised to configure these items during a trial (especially when others are invited), and it is a crucial step before full implementation.
